For projects exceeding $1,000, a 50% deposit is required upon signing the initial contract. This deposit secures your project and allows us to schedule materials and labor. The remaining balance is due upon completion, unless alternative arrangements have been made.

Your presence is not required during the project execution. As long as we have access to the property and a water source if necessary, we can proceed with the work. We will keep you informed of the project's progress throughout its duration.

We stand firmly behind the quality of our workmanship. Plant material warranties vary based on watering and care, and we provide maintenance instructions to ensure optimal growth. We offer a 3-year warranty on hardscape installations, and products come with manufacturer warranties. Our commitment to customer satisfaction is unwavering.

Addressing drainage and water issues is a crucial service we provide. Our solutions include installing French drains, downspout extensions, regrading, swales, and erosion control measures. Addressing water problems promptly can prevent damage to foundations, patios, and lawns, potentially saving significant costs in the long term.

Prior to our arrival, we kindly request that you relocate vehicles from the driveway if necessary for access, keep pets indoors, and mark any known sprinkler heads or invisible fences. Our team will manage all other aspects of the project preparation and execution.
